I have sold a property at 267 Salter Street in New Westminster.
The subtle difference between Aragon developments and everyone else is in the
detail - or perhaps in the quality of the detail. The rowhomes at Marmalade Sky
are the best example yet with their reclaimed hardwood, ingenious floor plans
and gleaming stainless appliances. Their strong traditional rowhouse design
(with shared exterior walls - party walls - and a freestanding garage out back)
is an unusual and appealing twist for those who respect the order of the outside
world but have no need to advertise or put limits to the excitement
within. The not so subtle difference between Aragon's trademark rowhomes and
your average semi-detached Vancouver condo is the freedom. No strata means no
negotiations with neighbours if you want to hang a flower pot and no begging for
council approval to upgrade your window treatments. Also, no strata fee means
you can afford to change your window shades - if you want to - it's your choice
- you could also get a new coffee table - that's how freedom works.
